The Role

We are seeking a Retail Store Manager (to manage the overall operations of our store. The

successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient store performance, supervising

staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversees the day-to-day functioning of the store

Leads and supervises employees, including recruitment, scheduling, training, and

performance management

Creates and enforces policies and procedures to support smooth and effective

operations

Tracks and evaluates sales performance and financial metrics

Handles financial responsibilities such as budgeting and preparing reports

Builds and maintains supplier relationships while negotiating and pricing terms

Plans and executes marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain

customers

Addresses customer concerns promptly and ensures a high standard of customer

satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

Relevant qualification with least 1–2 years of relevant experience

Experience in retail, hospitality, or fast-food management

Strong leadership and team management skills

Good financial and organisational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
