In this role, you'll:
* Manage and optimise the Commission's digital engagement systems — including websites, social media channels and digital products — ensuring all content is accurate, accessible and technically robust.
* Develop, publish and maintain digital content using CMS platforms (including Drupal), applying best‐practice, accessibility and content design principles.
* Monitor digital performance using analytics tools (such as the Google Analytics platform), turning data insights into recommendations that enhance engagement, compliance outcomes and user experience.
* Support the design, build and delivery of digital education resources, EDMs and multimedia content using platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite and online communication tools.
* Contribute to coordinated engagement strategies that rely on strong digital infrastructure and seamless channel integration.
* Work in a fast‐paced, multi‐stakeholder digital environment where technology, content and compliance intersect.
This is a temporary opportunity covering Maternity leave until March 2027, and will see you working in a hybrid arrangement from South Eveleigh (Sydney), attending the office at least fifty percent of the time, including on Wednesdays & Thursdays each week.

About you
Your strong communication and digital content skills formed across communications, digital media or public sector environments will see you deliver engaging multi-channel content, manage competing priorities and support effective stakeholder engagement to lead to improved compliance, engagement and service outcomes.
You're recognized as a collaborative and customer focused communicator, skilled at using contemporary digital platforms, experienced in developing and managing digital content and communications products.
