Design and Build are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to work with our modular builder client on a 6‐month fixed‐term contract. Interviews will commence immediately with the role starting shortly after.
About the Role
Working closely with the Project Manager, you will oversee on‐site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise day‐to‐day site activities
* Coordinate subcontractors and trades
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
* Monitor project timelines and report progress to the Project Manager
* Maintain high‐quality workmanship standards
* Manage site documentation and reporting
Essential Requirements
* Current QBCC licence
* Valid First Aid Certificate
* Current CPR certification
* Proven experience supervising building projects
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to commit to a 6‐month contract
* Able to pass drug and medical test
