**The Roles**
We currently have a **Milker** role available.
**Milker**
- Milking independently
- General Farm Duties
- Flexibility with multiple shift times including morning, lunch, afternoon & early night shifts available.
- Opportunity to grow with us and progress within our company.
**Conditions of Employment**
- Above award wages
- 3 month in advance rosters allow our team the security to plan ahead while still having flexibility to swap shifts with the team when life happens
- 25-40hrs each week
**About us**
We are a young family currently milking 450 holstein & Jersey cows between two herringbone dairies. Our herd is split between fresh and pregnant cows. Calving all year round, we rear all our young stock.
Our focus is to produce excellent quality milk sustainably and enjoyably with continual improvement in our produce, farming practices, personal development and lifestyle.
