**We are looking to hire an experience Reservations Agent with 1-2 years current Reservation/Front Office experience with a 4/5 star Hotel/Resort to join our fantastic team.**
**This very busy role will involve**:
**Assisting with phone enquiries and assisting guests update booking details**
- **Assisting checking in/out of rooms, cashiering answering phone calls orientating guests to their rooms and other facilities including tours, restaurants, and attractions during peak times.**:
- **Maintaining up to date flight arrivals/departures and ferry timetables**:
- **Other duties as directed, including training**:
- **Experience with CMS and Site Minder would be a definite advantage**:
- **RSA Certificate( or be willing to obtain)**
**You will be an enthusiastic team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills and pride yourself on providing an exceptional standard of service to guests.**
**Please note this position requires you to live on this beautiful island In a shared apartment your accommodation has a full kitchen and you will have stunning views of the beach and the Whitsunday Islands. Details to be discussed at interview**
**Your 7 day roster will provide an average of up to 38 hours per week in accordance with operational demands.**
**Relocation: $1000 towards relocation will be paid after successfully completing 6 months of continuous service.**
