Creswick Dental Centre is a small, established dental practice serving Creswick and the wider Ballarat region. We are seeking a reliable and committed Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our team on a long‐term basis.
This role suits someone looking to build stability and develop a career in dentistry, rather than short‐term or stop‐gap employment.
The position involves predominantly chairside dental assisting, with some reception and phone duties as required. Daily work includes assisting during procedures, instrument cleaning and sterilisation, preparing treatment rooms, supporting patients, and general reception and practice duties.

Qualifications and Training
Is open to undertaking formal Dental Assisting training (e.g. Certificate III via TAFE) if not already qualified.
Previous dental, healthcare, or strong customer‐service experience is an advantage, but genuine interest in dentistry and commitment to the role are essential.

* Consistent weekly hours expected
* Pay based on experience, with above‐award rates for experienced Dental Assistants
