Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake cooking, baking, pastry cooking or butchering duties under the direction of the Head Chef on shift.
* Maintain the overall cleanliness of the kitchen area and equipment.
* Contribute to the training and development of Junior Kitchen Staff.
To succeed in this role, you must possess demonstrated knowledge and abilities in kitchen operations, including hands-on experience in cooking, baking, and pastry preparation. You should also be able to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
