You will be responsible for developing strategic product marketing plans for our Corporate Brands, working closely with the internal Product Team(s) on strategy and roadmaps, new product development and releases. You'll competitively enable our internal customer facing teams to craft the market facing messaging and product/solution positioning to drive new customer acquisition, adoption, upsell/cross sell to drive customer satisfaction and retention. Championing the customer voice throughout the lifecycle, you'll work to drive product growth and profitability.
Your Role:
1. Identify and develop product positioning that uniquely differentiates our Corporate brands as the leading provider of TMC solutions.
2. Create messaging, collateral, whitepapers, presentations, videos, and blog posts, to help train and communicate the value proposition of our solutions, tailored to brand and market.
3. Work with internal/external partners to plan the market launch of new products/services and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
4. Work with sales, marketing & PR, account management, customer success and operations to broadcast our message to the market, across the organisation, and our partner community.
5. Be the expert on regional market developments and competitor insights, and our ideal customer profiles and personas in how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on our how to best succeed regionally.
6. Support the Brand marketing strategy and programs that create interest for our TMC solutions in all market segments.
7. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, trade shows, webinars, on social media, and as a spokesperson for analyst and press coverage.
Who you are:
1. 5+ years Product Marketing in a B2B / software/ SaaS or similar field.
2. Comfortable with and demonstrated experience in owning the GTM strategy, creating compelling value propositions and developing innovative cross channel content.
3. Strong stakeholder management and communication – experience with working directly with senior stakeholders cross functionally.
4. Strong relationship building skills.
5. Marketing or related degree or qualification.
6. Travel industry experience highly valuable.
