Rehabilitation Consultant - Thrive with Empowered Clients
We're seeking talented professionals to join our Rehabilitation team in Western NSW, where you'll be based in a flexible hybrid working environment.
This role is part of a national rehabilitation provider delivering best-in-industry workplace rehabilitation, injury management and wellbeing services. Our clients rely on us to support recovery after injury or illness across all personal injury schemes, including Workers Compensation, Life and CTP insurance.
Key Responsibilities
* Actively manage your client portfolio with commitment and care, empowering injured clients to thrive throughout their rehabilitation journey
* Establish collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders to achieve safe and sustainable outcomes
* Conduct a range of vocational and non-vocational assessments
* Contribute to a safe and supportive workplace culture where all colleagues feel appreciated and valued
* Manage your time effectively as you enjoy the autonomy of working a mix of on-site, in the office and from home (if you choose)
Requirements
* Qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Registered Nurse, Social Worker, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist
* Registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC, RCAA or AASW
* A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (or access one of the vehicle perks we offer)
