The Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to help build and scale a real‑time, event‑driven platform. You’ll work across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure, contributing to core product capabilities as the company enters its next phase of growth.
This role offers strong technical ownership, exposure to AI‑enabled systems, and a clear pathway into senior technical leadership for the right person.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain high‑quality frontend applications using React and TypeScript
* Develop backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, and GraphQL
* Design and implement event‑driven systems for real‑time data processing
* Work with serverless cloud components and managed services on AWS
* Design and optimise NoSQL data models for scale and performance
* Contribute to platform architecture, technical design, and system resilience
* Write clean, well‑tested, production‑ready code
* Collaborate closely with product, hardware, and domain experts
* Take ownership of features from design through to production
Technical Stack
* TypeScript, Node.js, React
* GraphQL APIs
* Event‑driven architectures (queues, streams, pub/sub)

* NoSQL databases (DynamoDB or similar)

About You
* 3–5+ years experience as a Full Stack or Backend‑leaning Engineer
* Comfortable working across frontend and backend systems
* Experience building and scaling cloud‑native applications
* Familiar with event‑driven or real‑time systems
* Strong focus on code quality, testing, and maintainability
* Able to work autonomously in a small, fast‑moving team
Nice to Have
* Experience with AI‑enabled or data‑intensive systems
* Exposure to IoT, streaming data, or real‑time platforms
* Experience with Infrastructure as Code
* Interest in system resilience, automation, or intelligent workflows
