Technical Support Specialist Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide timely and effective technical assistance to our customers. As a key member of our support team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering exceptional customer service through proactive and cooperative communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot and investigate IT-related issues over the phone with attention to detail and a focus on resolution.
* Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction by ensuring accurate issue resolution and maintaining open lines of communication throughout the process.
* Log and resolve IT tickets efficiently, escalating to cross-functional teams as required to ensure seamless issue resolution.
* Collaborate effectively with other vendors and service providers to achieve shared objectives and drive results.
* Contribute to the development of knowledge and process improvements within the team through active participation in workshops and training sessions.
About You:
* Proficiency in English and Japanese (written and verbal) is essential; conversational fluency in additional languages is highly desirable.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to technology changes and follow processes accurately.
* Prior experience in a dynamic customer service environment, particularly in phone-based or similar roles, is preferred.
* Right to work in Australia and ability to obtain necessary security clearances during onboarding are requirements.
