We are looking for Food & Beverage Attendants and Bartenders to join our F&B outlets and help lead the way in creating memorable guest experiences Join us here at Hyatt in the journey of making travel more human, connected, and sustainable. Responsibilities
* Ensuring that our guests are offered the highest level of personalized service at all times
* Problem solve any guest complaints and escalat(e) where required
* Provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times
* Perform opening and closing procedures established for the outlet you are rostered in
* Have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all Food and Beverage related services and products and, to have the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations, to upsell and cross-sell.
Requirements
* Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of commencement
* High level of communication
* High level of grooming and personal presentation
* Previous Food & Beverage experience is highly regarded
* Previous experience with Infrasys is highly regarded
* Legal working rights in Australia
