Join Microba as a Customer Support Admin & Logistics Operator and play a key role supporting our customers, healthcare professionals, and day to day operations.
This hybrid role is
primarily customer facing
, providing first point of contact support, alongside office administration and
supporting logistics and dispatch activities
. You will help ensure customer enquiries are handled professionally, orders are processed accurately, and fulfilment runs smoothly within a regulated environment.
You will work closely with customer support, logistics, laboratory, and operations teams to support high quality service delivery.
