About the Role
The successful candidate will report directly to the Operations Manager and be primarily responsible for:
* Coordination and scheduling of fleet & staff movement including monitoring hours and delays;
* Allocation and coordination of customer bookings & deliveries;
* Building relationships with current customer base and ensuring a high level of service is offered;
* Out of hours on-call rotating roster;
* Monitor and manage all aspects of fatigue compliance;
* Supervision and management of direct staff;
* Assist with payroll-related activities;
* Assist with the commercial process of the division when required.
Main Responsibilities
