Working for this ASX listed company, the Management Accountant will support the finance operations through a phase of strong growth and innovation, working closely with senior leaders across finance and operations, helping guide strategic decisions.
This is a dynamic, purpose-driven environment where your skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting will directly support the success of ground-breaking electric vehicle and battery technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly financial reports including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights on trends and risks
Support budgeting and forecasting processes across departments
Collaborate with internal teams to plan and monitor costs
Contribute to audit preparation, investor reporting, and compliance
Maintain and improve financial systems, tools, and internal controls
What You Bring
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA or CA qualified (or currently working toward)
Experience in management accounting and financial analysis
Strong Excel skills and financial systems knowledge (e.g., Xero, ERP)
High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
