Australian owned and operated wholesale business that distribute throughout Australia and New Zealand is looking for a staff member 30 – 40 hours per week.
We are open to a part time or full-time position for the right applicant.
Applicant must have a positive hard-working attitude and be able to work within a small team. Applicant must have excellent computer skills
Key responsibilities:
· Product preparation and assembly
· Warehouse or logistics experience is preferred for product assembly tasks.
· Processing of orders
· Incoming calls
· Answer / action general inquiries from customers
· Customer service experience is preferred
· Tracking orders with couriers
· Product and Freight Quoting
· Receiving and dispatch
Competencies and experience required:
· Great communication skills
· Ability multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Great computer Skills ·
· Proficiency in email systems, inventory software, and order management preferred
· Be able to work independently
· Good organisational and time management skills
