Claims Service Consultant
The Role:
- Our Claims Management Process involves minimizing claim costs, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legislation and adhering to sound decision-making throughout the claim's lifecycle.
- Effective management of expectations and relationships with claimants, internal, and external stakeholders is key.
- Maintaining positive working relationships within the team and broader business unit is essential.
- Compliance with relevant regulations and providing timely, effective responses to customer needs are crucial.
- Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment requires excellent communication skills.
* Experience in Motor claims in a call-centre based environment for the entirety of your shift.
* Claims management experience across various Commercial Motor product lines in a complex organization.
* Tertiary or industry-specific qualifications are required.
* Ability to multi-task, navigate and work throughout multiple systems and PDS in a timely manner.
