As a Senior Associate or Manager in our Employment Tax team, you'll play a vital role in helping employers navigate and optimise their employment tax obligations through innovative solutions and expert advice. Responsibilities
* Help employers meet their Australian employment tax and entitlement obligations including Fringe Benefits Tax, Superannuation Guarantee, Pay‑As‑You‑Go Withholding, Payroll Tax, and Workers Compensation.
* Use data analytics to provide relevant insights for decision making purposes.
* Partner with clients to provide assistance with regulatory reviews, investigations, disclosures and/or refund requests.
* Use technology to help our clients automate their employment tax functions.
* Support clients with mergers and acquisitions with employment tax due diligence.
* Develop and provide general employment taxes advice to employers.
Qualifications
* Generalist Business Tax or Employment Tax experience.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships both virtually and in person.
* Personal drive and ambition to learn how to be a trusted adviser.
* Australian Tax experience is essential.
