A busy restaurant group with multiple venues across Sydney is looking for a solid and experienced chef to support the Head Chef with all aspects of running a small pub kitchen located in Windsor.

Requirements
· Keep calm under pressure
· Liaise with FOH with specials, menu changes and service
· OH&S; and meeting compliance
· Consistency and able to follow recipes and ensure you meet quality guidelines
· Flexibility with your roster
· Stock management
