ServiceNow Developer Role Summary

* Key Responsibilities:

* Provide expert-level support and guidance to internal stakeholders on ServiceNow best practices, configuration, and customization.

Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, administration, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of IT service management principles, including incident, problem, change, and release management.
* Excellent coding skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant programming languages.
* Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required; ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (SCAD) certification is highly preferred.
