About the Role

We are looking for someone who will support the Business Excellence initiatives across the Property Management Operations teams by focusing on data-driven decision-making, effective analytics and reporting and risk management.

* Data Sourcing, Analysis and Maintenance: Source, analyse and maintain data to support data-driven business decisions within Pacific Operations, ensuring that insights are relevant and actionable. At least intermediate excel skills are a must.
* Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain well-structured dashboards in Excel and Power BI to visualise key metrics and insights, making it easier for the Pacific Operations team to monitor performance and identify trends.
* Risk Management: Collaborate with leadership to establish and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework and support the implementation of data-driven, risk-based decisions.
* Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the Pacific Operations team and cross-functional partners to facilitate continuous improvement initiatives based on data insights, fostering a culture of data-driven decision making.
* Identification of Operational Challenges: Identify operational challenges and opportunities within the Pacific Operations team, proactively addressing areas related to compliance, governance, process improvement, and revenue quality optimisation, while working closely with team members to implement actionable strategies.
* Stakeholder Communication: Create compelling slide decks presentations and other documents as needed that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.

About You

* We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and skilled with admin tasks. You should be great at communicating, whether it's in writing, speaking, or presenting. Being analytical and having at least strong to advanced Excel skills (data manipulation, data cleaning, and large dataset handling) and PowerBI skills are key too. If you can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting and you're proactive, self-motivated, and a team player, we want to hear from you!
* A career-minded, client-focused attitude with a knack for building rapport is essential.
* Experience in Property Management (PM) and/or Facilities Management (FM) and/or relevant experience in analytics or data management roles within service-based organisations.
* Strong business acumen combined with robust analytical skills to interpret unstructured or inconsistent data and derive meaningful conclusions.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and administrative capabilities.
* Proven ability to leverage automation and AI tools to bridge knowledge and capacity gaps.
* Excellent written, verbal and face-to-face presentation skills.
* Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
* Experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, including data modelling and business-facing insights. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
