Overview

Service Leader – Disability Support Work: Lead and mentor care teams, manage rosters, provide hands-on support, and work with families to deliver meaningful outcomes every day.

What you'll do
* Mentor and support your team, stepping in to provide direct care when needed – from daily living and personal care to community activities.
* Manage rosters and scheduling to keep services running smoothly.
* Work closely with clients and their families to design individualised care plans that make a difference.
* Build meaningful relationships with families, community networks, and stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for the people we support.
What you'll bring
* Certificate III (or higher) in Disability, Individual Support, or related qualification
* Experience leading or mentoring a team (Team Leader/Site Leader background highly regarded)
* Experience in disability or aged care, including personal care and community access
* Knowledge of NDIS standards, compliance, and person-centred approaches
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Mandatory), up-to-date First Aid (Mandatory), CPR, and a valid Driver's Licence – Functional and comprehensively insured vehicle

A day in the life of a Service Leader
