The Opportunity
We’re looking for an ambitious Mortgage Broker to join Flint Newcastle in a commission-only Director role. This is for brokers who want:

You will drive your own growth through partnerships, networks and referrals – backed by Flint’s elite systems, marketing engine, media team, and operational support.
What You’ll Be Doing
Growth, Lead Generation and Client Ownership
* Build your own pipeline through strategic networking and business development.
* Leverage Flint’s brand presence and in-house media to accelerate momentum.
* Own the client relationship from first conversation through to settlement.
* Build a loyal book of repeat clients and referral partners that is truly yours.
Referral Network Expansion
* Develop relationships with top local partners including real estate agents, accountants, financial advisers and business networks.
* Create a repeatable pipeline of high-quality opportunities across Newcastle and beyond.
Lending Strategy (With Elite Credit Support)
* You’ll deliver tailored lending solutions across residential, investment and complex lending, supported by Flint’s dedicated credit and analyst team.
* Support includes: deal structuring and scenario modelling, credit positioning and strategy preparation, documentation packaging, end-to-end processing through to settlement.
More Time Back in Your Day
* Our backend team handles strategy preparation, processing and admin, lodgement, credit coordination and settlement management.
* You focus on what matters most – clients, partners and growth.

* A broker with 2–5+ years experience (or strong banker lending background).
* Confident generating business through referrals and partnerships.
