About the Position
We are seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join our team. As a retail assistant, you will be responsible for delivering a positive shopping experience to customers in person, over the phone, and online.
Your key focus areas include:
* Maintaining a safe work environment and prioritizing your own safety as well as that of your teammates and customers
* Providing genuine service and creating memorable moments with customers
* Utilizing strong customer service skills to contribute to positive sales performance
* Maintaining showroom presentation and merchandising standards at an exceptional level
* Processing stock: receiving, dispatching, and storing
* Being an enthusiastic, cooperative, and collaborative team member who contributes to a positive team culture
Please note that this role requires physical activity such as lifting, bending, and climbing.
