We are seeking applications from ambitious and enthusiastic Sales Professionals with experience in the technology sector to join our NSW Sales Office in Norwest. You will be responsible for developing ongoing business with existing resellers and pro-actively identifying new business opportunities.
Working with some of the most prolific global IT/AV brands, like Sony, Panasonic, Samsung, Synology, BenQ, Nvidia, Fujitsu, HP and many more, you will be supplying industry leading products to some of Australia's most well-known businesses.
The successful applicant will be highly motivated and be confident in their sales ability. As a member of our high performing sales team, you will contribute to the ongoing success of our business.
A typical day will include:
* Building strong, growth-oriented relationships with resellers to foster trust, collaboration, and long-term mutual success
* Proactively engaging with resellers via phone and in-person visits
* Identifying and developing new business opportunities with both new and existing resellers
* Quoting and negotiating prices on tailored solutions
* Tracking customer interactions, pipeline progress, and forecasts using CRM tools to support data-driven decision-making and accountability
* Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
* Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Essential skills for this position are:
* Demonstrated success in growing a sales portfolio
* Experience in business to business 'B2B' or a retail sales environment
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a technology-driven environment
* Ability to build relationships with customers from diverse backgrounds and environments, with a focus on relationship-building.
* A proactive and flexible attitude, with the capacity to collaborate with team members
* Proven ability to understand and interpret technology
The following will be highly considered:
* Experience working with IT managed services providers (MSP)
* Previous experience with Vendors, Distributors or Resellers.
