Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Deliver financial health checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Educate customers on our in-branch technology and digital banking options, promoting self-service and convenience.
* Support customers with credit product applications, maintenance, and other banking services.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Experience in delivering exceptional customer service, preferably in financial services or retail.
* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate financial terms clearly.
* A consultative approach, asking questions to understand customers' needs and provide effective solutions.
