About The Opportunity
Join the GMHBA Digital Marketing team as their new Digital Business Analyst and help shape the future our digital experiences. You will play a critical role in driving the success of digital initiatives by bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role is responsible for gathering and analysing technical and non-technical requirements, and partnering with cross-functional teams across the business to deliver user-centric digital products and services.
You Will
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements that align business needs with digital solutions.
Elicit, analyse, document, and validate business and technical requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria to guide delivery
Facilitate workshops and discussions to identify insights, optimise processes, and shape user-centric digital experiences.
Support solution design, UAT, system testing, and implementation to ensure quality outcomes and seamless user experiences.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and stakeholder engagement.
Build strong relationships across business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout projects.
Maintain compliance with company standards, contribute to reporting and risk management, and promote a culture of safety, innovation, and collaboration.
About You
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (IT discipline preferred) and/or minimum 3+ years working in business analysis roles.
Strong analytical skills, with capabilities to elicit and define business requirements and map them to technology solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis and ability to think laterally.
Understanding of digital platforms, APIs, CMS, mobile & web technologies, and customer experience tools.
Proficiency with agile software delivery tools and methodologies including writing user stories and participating in agile ceremonies.
Experience with process analysis and process documentation.
Highly desirable
Familiar with Content Management Systems (such as Optimizely)
Familiarity with user-centered design principles and collaboration with UX/UI teams.
Business Analyst training/qualifications (such as IIBA certification)
Experience with digital tooling - Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma
Experience working in financial services industry and/or Private Health Insurance industry
Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe Agilist)
