The Team
Our Services team provides 24/7 servicing for hospitals, utilities, data centres and more. We're seeking an experienced Service Representative based in Brisbane to perform field service tasks across the Queensland region and South East locations, focusing on Power Systems such as Switchgear and Circuit Breakers.
Responsibilities
* Complete a variety of field service tasks across the region.
* Collaborate with technical team members to coordinate and execute complex installations, preventative maintenance, repairs and ad‐hoc tasks.
* Commission, site test and upgrade systems/firmware, and troubleshoot on the fly.
* Provide technical support and specialist advice to customers.
* Act as a role model in HS&E requirements and internal processes.
* Document service activities, maintenance reports, repair logs and inventory.
* Identify new opportunities to expand service offerings that meet customer needs.
Qualifications
* A Grade Electrical Licence (Unrestricted)
* Current Driver's Licence (Tool of Trade Vehicle supplied)
* Previous experience in field service or maintenance.
* Ability to collaborate with teams and work autonomously.
* Technical aptitude and digital mindset.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a natural problem‐solving mindset.
* Commitment to HS&E and risk identification.
