About the Opportunity
As a Credit Analyst, you'll support the Senior Credit Manager and the broader credit network by ensuring high-quality, accurate credit submissions that enable timely and informed decision-making.
You'll combine financial analysis with strong stakeholder engagement, proactively managing risk and ensuring compliance with policy and legislation.
What You'll Do
Conduct financial and credit analysis for new and existing customers
Perform thorough checks on inbound credit submissions to ensure accuracy and completeness
Identify information gaps and elevate high-risk or incomplete cases to senior credit leaders
Apply knowledge of PPSA, AML, securities ranking and credit policy
Partner with branch teams, regional managers and key stakeholders
Ensure assessments comply with legislation, risk standards and EH&S requirements
Contribute to a positive, proactive, supportive team culture
What You'll Bring
3+ years' experience in credit, lending, financial analysis or similar
Strong understanding of financial statements and credit assessment principles
PPSR / AML experience highly regarded
Excellent attention to detail and strong prioritisation capability
Confident communication skills to build strong stakeholder relationships
Strong computer skills (Microsoft; SAP advantageous)
Degree in Business, Finance, Commerce or similar (preferred)
