About the role
We are looking for an Identity Developer to support the build and configuration of Identity Governance solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. This role is ideal for someone early to mid‐career in IAM who wants hands‐on delivery experience within an agile team.
Responsibilities
* Configure standard SailPoint IdentityIQ features such as access requests, certifications, and lifecycle states.
* Develop and maintain basic to intermediate custom IIQ rules and workflows, under guidance.
* Support application onboarding activities, including connector configuration and attribute mapping.
* Assist with provisioning, reconciliation, and integration testing.
* Execute unit testing and support defect resolution.
* Maintain configuration records and delivery documentation.
* Participate actively in sprint planning and agile ceremonies.
Qualifications
* 2–4 years of experience in IAM, security engineering, or related roles.
* 1–2+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or strong experience with similar IAM platforms.
* Foundational development or scripting experience.
* Understanding of identity lifecycle and access governance concepts.
* Willingness to work onsite, 5 days a week.

Security Clearance Requirement: Candidates must be Australian Citizens with an active security clearance – Baseline, NV1 or higher.
