The Opportunity
We're looking for a passionate, energetic and customer-first Assistant Store Leader to step into a key leadership role at our Karrinyup store.
You'll support the Store Leader while playing a hands-on role in driving sales, operations, and developing a small casual team. You'll bring a strong customer service foundation, seamlessly prioritising customer needs while owning operations duties with confidence.
What You'll Do
* Support the Store Leader in driving sales and KPI results by leading from the floor and delivering exceptional, customer‐first experiences.
* Coach, motivate and develop the team through regular feedback, on the job training and role modelling Lorna Jane service standards.
* Maintain high operational standards by supporting stock management, VM execution and daily store routines.
* Live and breathe the Lorna Jane brand, inspiring the team and customers through Active Living advocacy both in store and within the local community.
