We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will assist in menu preparation, maintain presentation standards, and ensure adequate supplies for expected service. They will also contribute to implementing programs that promote high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and related outlets.
Main Responsibilities
* Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef with menu planning and inventory management
* Maintain high standards of presentation and quality control
* Support implementation of HACCP management and compliance with health and safety regulations
* Supervise kitchen staff in the absence of senior chefs
Requirements
* Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment, preferably in a hotel setting
* Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team
* Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety procedures
* Ability to source high-quality products from suppliers
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
