Job Description
Leading a team of People and Culture professionals, this role is a varied People and Culture leadership role. You will act as a key business partner to the executive team with a seat at the table. You will have fast moving experience leading a function with a strong blue and white collar background. In addition to running the full HR Life cycle, this role will be focused on a variety of projects as the business continues to grow.
The Successful Applicant
You will be an experienced Senior People and Culture professional with experience leading a function - you will ideally have experience in a small to medium sized organisation experiencing growth and you will have a strong blue collar industry background.
