About the Role
As a Barista at Hello Harry Caloundra, you will:
* Prepare high-quality espresso coffee consistently and efficiently
* Engage warmly with customers and provide outstanding service
* Maintain a clean, organised workstation and ensure food safety standards
* Work collaboratively with the front-of-house and kitchen team
* Assist with general café tasks including POS operation, food running, and opening/closing routines

What We're Looking For
* Minimum 12 months barista experience (fast-paced environment preferred)
* Strong knowledge of espresso extraction and milk texturing
* A friendly, positive attitude and genuine love for hospitality
* Ability to work weekends and peak periods
* Reliability, punctuality, and strong communication skills

Pay: $24.95 – $41.13 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
