You’ll join a well-established Construction & Infrastructure team with a strong pipeline of work across both front-end and back-end construction matters, acting for a diverse mix of government and commercial clients on significant projects.
Working closely with experienced Partners, you will be involved in:
* Managing large-scale construction and infrastructure disputes
* Leading and advising on adjudications, arbitrations and court proceedings
* Gathering, analysing and organising evidence with a forensic approach
* Drafting detailed and strategic legal submissions
* Applying construction law expertise to complex, high-value matters
* Engaging directly with clients and delivering commercially focused advice
* Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers within the team

About You
Ideally, you will have:
* 5+ years’ post-admission experience
* Strong commercial litigation background
* Demonstrated experience or strong interest in construction law
* Excellent drafting and advocacy skills
* Strong commercial judgment and critical thinking
* Confidence working directly with clients
* Leadership capability and an interest in developing junior lawyers
