About The Role
This role is responsible for the ongoing day-to-day network activities with a focus on the implementation of customer network change requests, project design involvement, installations and be mentored to assist Senior Network Engineers as required.
About You
* 3+ years of technical experience in deploying and supporting network technologies.
* Proficient in multi-protocol route/switch network environments.
* Demonstrated experience in deploying and supporting wireless networks using Cisco and Aruba wireless solutions.
* Experience with Datacenter deployments for large enterprise clients.
* Demonstrated track record of cultivating strong, productive relationships with both clients and internal teams.
* Working within a Project Management Framework.
* Competent working within an operations environment, providing 24x7 rostered support.
* Skilled in using and understanding troubleshooting methodologies.
* Experience working within a well-defined ITIL process framework.
* Desirable: CCNP, SDWAN, Cloud Networks, CCNA Wireless, ACSA, ACMA, JNCIA, JNCIS-SP, Routing & Switching, network authentication/authorization. Check Point, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Citrix Netscaler experience.
