About the Role
We are seeking a strategic Account Manager to drive growth and retention for our restaurant partners on EatClub.
This is a commercially-minded role that requires data-driven support, performance optimization, and smart growth strategies to ensure long-term success.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of restaurant partners, onboard new venues, and provide structured check-ins and campaigns to support partner success.
Key responsibilities include:
* Manage a large portfolio of restaurant partners, focusing on retention and growth
* Onboard new venues and ensure a smooth start on the platform
* Use platform data and insights to guide partners on performance improvement and ROI
* Lead regular check-ins, QBRs, and campaigns to support partner success
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including feature adoption and marketing support
* Flag and resolve performance or satisfaction issues early
* Build trust-based relationships and become a strategic advisor for your venues
* Share partner feedback and trends with the broader team to improve our product and service
