**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to fill the role of Emergency Preparedness Officer. In this position, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective office record-keeping systems, typing and formatting documents, and performing various administrative tasks.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Establish, review, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information;
* Prepare and edit documents, reports, and other written materials to ensure high-quality presentation and compliance with corporate style guidelines;
* Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency;
**Requirements:**
* C Class Motor Vehicle Licence;
* Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including criminal history checks;
* Commitment to maintaining vaccination or immunity requirements for VPD risk roles;
* Willingness to participate in probationary period if required;
