Hotel Revenue Manager Required
* Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Hotel Revenue Manager to join our team. As a key member of the hotel leadership, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving market share, and enhancing overall financial performance.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Develop and execute revenue strategies to achieve business goals and objectives
o Collaborate with the General Manager and Leadership Team to develop and drive successful commercial initiatives and loyalty campaigns
o Analyse market trends, competition, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for revenue growth
o Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data and reports
o Forecasting by market segment and day, to determine key needs and opportunity days and communicate these to the sales and operations teams
o Produce reports and provide insight that will support and evaluate the Hotel's business strategies
o Lead loyalty recruitment throughout the Hotel
o Execute high level reporting and detailed business analysis regularly for owners and our Regional team
* Qualifications and Skills:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
o Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role in a 150+ room hotel
o Strong financial acumen and ability to recommend budgeting strategies for revenue maximisation
o Ability to identify trends in the market and translate them into effective real-time strategies
o Confident and articulate communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
o Demonstrated business acumen with the confidence to exercise good judgement and consideration of commercial implications
o The proven ability to review statistics in detail and then extrapolate key information that is communicated to various stakeholders, including our owners
o A willingness to be hands on within the operation and drive a culture of guest obsession and loyalty with the team
o The ability to create meaningful connections, creating a high level of trust with the team
o A collaborative leader with a strategic and analytical focus
o Previous experience with Opera Cloud and STR., advanced excel skills
o Superior organisational, time management and follow through skills
o Self-motivated and target driven
o You are flexible and have a desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team
o Current First Aid and RSA certificates or the ability to obtain these
o Experience in the hospitality industry and ACCOR is advantageous
o Must hold valid unlimited Australian work rights
