Our Internship / New Graduate Program is designed for students and recent graduates who are interested in building a career in FX, financial markets, and global business.
You will rotate or focus on Client Support (CS), Sales, or Marketing, supporting our Japanese and Vietnamese markets.
Available Roles
1. Client Support (CS)
Handle first-level client inquiries related to FX accounts, trading platforms, and products
Support client onboarding, verification, and account setup
Assist with client communications in Japanese / Chinese
Escalate technical or trading-related issues to relevant teams
Help maintain client records and support CRM updates
2. Sales
Assist sales team with FX client follow-ups and relationship management
Support lead qualification and client onboarding for JP / CN markets
Help prepare sales materials, reports, and market updates
Communicate with potential clients regarding FX products and trading conditions
Learn the full sales cycle in a regulated financial environment
3. Marketing
Support local market marketing activities for JP / CN regions
Assist with content localisation (FX products, campaigns, website, emails)
Help execute digital marketing and social media campaigns
Conduct basic market and competitor research in FX / trading industry
Work closely with sales to support lead generation initiatives
Requirements
Fluent or native in Japanese and/or Chinese (spoken & written)
Good command of English
Strong communication skills and cultural awareness
Interest in FX, trading, or financial markets
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Prior exposure to finance, marketing, or sales is a plus (not required)
