About Place Estate Agents
* In this fast-paced, rewarding role, you will be;
* Someone who is driven by customer-centric, fast-paced environments and a strong focus in sales;
* Build lasting relationships with buyers and sellers while delivering exceptional service;
* Overseeing key processes including the listing-settlement;
* Driving lead generation and prospecting activities;
* Support clients in leveraging their property to achieve their financial and real-estate goals;
* Assisting with open homes and deliver engaging, memorable private property showings;
* Saturday availability is essential;
* Supporting Auction campaigns, including Auction Day activities;
* Scheduling and coordinating client meetings;
* Maintain accurate and well-organised client databases.
* Valid QLD Sales Registration and a Driver's Licence;
* Minimum 1 years' worth of sales experience in the real estate industry;
* Understanding end-end processes from listing-settlement;
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure;
* A proactive, can-do mindset and the ability to multitask;
