About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an individual to join our sales team and provide an exceptional customer experience to clients throughout their journey.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Engaging with prospective customers and managing incoming leads.
* Offering advice on house design selections, upgrades, and options, as well as contingencies.
* Supporting customers throughout the sales process, from the first meeting to handing over to our admin team.
* Delivering outstanding customer service by answering questions and helping clients make informed decisions within their time frames and budgets.
* Ensuring that all sales documentation and paperwork are completed to a high standard and within required time frames.
* Collaborating with all departments within Paul Gray Builders to deliver accurate and complete documentation.
* Managing client expectations and acting as a trusted advisor.
