Job Title: Project Coordinator
* Main Responsibilities:
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
* Deliver Utility Integration Projects: Manage end-to-end delivery of utility integration projects from initiation, planning, and commissioning to handover.
* Develop Project Plans: Create detailed project plans, scopes, and budgets in alignment with corporate governance and funding models.
* Coordinate Stakeholders: Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, utility providers, government stakeholders, and defence industry partners for seamless integration.
* Risk Management: Lead risk identification, assessment, and mitigation processes across utility interfaces.
* Tech Oversight: Provide technical and commercial oversight of consultants, designers, and contractors to ensure compliance with Australian standards, Defence requirements, and infrastructure master plans.
* Precinct Coordination: Precinct wide integration and coordination role for Utilities relocations, Utility augmentation, and other Precinct works.
* Contract Administration: Administer Utilities design and construction contracts to ensure construction and industry standards are maintained and comply with relevant laws.
* Reporting: Prepare and present reports, briefings, and updates to executive leadership, government stakeholders, and project partners.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in infrastructure delivery or utilities project management within large-scale construction, defence, or infrastructure environments.
* Skill Set: Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary projects with complex stakeholder environments, strong understanding of utility design, construction, and commissioning processes, proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contractual obligations, excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Certification: Must hold a current drivers' licence (Class C - car) and be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance at the Baseline level or higher.
