* Identify barriers and implement practical evidence-based solutions.
* Navigate multiple funding schemes to empower client recovery.
* Collaborate with clients, their families, medical teams, employers, and other key stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Australian recognized degree qualification in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling and professional registration.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders.

* Confidence working independently in the community.
* Eligibility for a working with children's check and police clearance.
