Job Description
* Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
* Support end-to-end recruitment activities in collaboration with hiring managers
* Coordinate and contribute to Learning & Development initiatives, training programs, and compliance requirements
* Act as a backup for payroll, supporting payroll processing and queries when required
* Maintain accurate HR documentation, policies, and systems
* Provide first-level HR advice and support to employees and managers
* Assist with HR reporting and data management
* Leading Performance Reviews
* Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives as the business evolves
The Successful Applicant
* 2-3 years' experience in an HR or People & Culture role
* Exposure to payroll processes and legislation (hands-on experience desirable but not essential)
* Strong willingness to learn payroll and expand technical HR knowledge
* Highly proactive, eager, and comfortable taking ownership
* Flexible and open-minded approach to problem-solving
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
