Advanced Clinical Nursing Role
This position provides clinical support and education to a specialist multi-disciplinary clinic.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Clinical Nurse Consultant and Nurse Coordinator to deliver high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acting as a point of contact for patients, clinicians, and specialists
* Supporting the Clinical Nurse Lead in delivering an effective service
* Triaging incoming patient referrals
* Advocating for patient care during multi-disciplinary team meetings
* Collecting patient history and data for records
This is a temporary short-term casual assignment.
The ideal candidate will be available Monday to Friday for at least 3-4 months.
Requirements:
* Tertiary Qualification in Nursing (e.g., Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent)
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Experience practicing at an advanced level
* Ability to work independently and use initiative
* Knowledge of Clinical Governance, Safety and Quality Policy Framework, and Health Services Act 2016 (WA)
* A current Working Children's Check and National Police Check
* Working rights for Australia
