Official Visitors work closely with inmates to resolve enquiries and complaints, monitor conditions and treatment, and provide support in custodial centers. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives and contribute to maintaining justice and order in our community.
Responsibilities
* Investigate and respond to inmate enquiries and complaints in a fair and impartial manner.
* Monitor living conditions and treatment of inmates in custodial centers.
* Collaborate with other agencies and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
* Develop and maintain relationships with inmates, families, and other stakeholders to promote trust and understanding.
* Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements

* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for training or corporate activities.
Working Conditions
