What You'll Be Doing Turning design briefs into fully detailed, production-ready mechanical designs using SolidWorks.
Playing a key role in project delivery - from concept through to commissioning.
Providing guidance to design and graduate engineers (if you're keen to mentor).
Collaborating with internal teams and contractors to bring designs to life.
What We're Looking For A degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar).
10+ years' experience in mechanical design for complex automated machinery for production lines.
Strong design skills in SolidWorks and a practical understanding of how things get built.
Strong exposure to automation, machinery, and system integration - ideally you have worked for an OEM.
Confidence to make sound technical decisions and explain them well.
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a healthy dose of curiosity.
New Zealand working rights, and flexibility for occasional travel.
