Job Role Overview

This key role focuses on driving Microsoft 365 adoption and optimization, aligning it with our business objectives. As a specialist in digital environment optimisation, you will be responsible for managing Microsoft 365 platforms to ensure best practices, optimal governance, security, and management.


Main Responsibilities:

* You will design solutions that cater to the evergreen nature of the Microsoft 365 platform.
* Administer M365 Teams and SharePoint ensuring smooth operation, security, and compliance.
* Manage site creation, permissions, and content organisation, maintaining metadata and taxonomy consistency.
* Handle integrations with other applications, ensuring seamless connectivity within the M365 ecosystem.
* Implement and monitor security measures, ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.
* Bridge digital and business units, translating business needs into technical requirements.
* Lead change management initiatives, communicating updates and benefits to stakeholders.
* Stay updated with M365 and SharePoint features, contributing to the digital roadmap and identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

The ideal candidate will have excellent skills in Microsoft 365, including Teams and SharePoint administration. Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and governance is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
