About the Role As a Belt Splicer Trainee at Rubberline, you'll learn how to: Assist with hot and cold splicing on various types of conveyor belts (fabric, steel cord, etc.) Help install, repair, and maintain conveyor belts across different sites Follow all safety procedures and site-specific requirements Support the team with job reports and documentation What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Positive mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work safely and follow instructions Positive attitude and team player Current Australian Driver's License Desirable (but not essential) Relevant trade or technical certifications White Card, or other industry-related tickets What We Offer Full training provided - no prior belt splicing experience required Competitive hourly rates + overtime opportunities Opportunity for full-time, long-term employment Supportive team environment and career development opportunities Salary information (for reference): Market average based on Technician roles in Melbourne VIC; actual pay may vary.
